We read a review that said this was one of the best Motel 6's the person had ever stayed at in his travels. We woul have to agree. It waas very clean and the staff polite. We had a newly renovated room and it was well done and comfortable.

This was by far the best motel 6 stay I've ever had. I always search for clean sheets and was pleased to have everything in the room freshly cleaned. Thanks Emily for the note you left showing you cleaned it. Excellent job!

This Shelby Motel 6 layout out had more open space then other one I stayed in. It had tub and shower combo. It had Fridge, microwave.

BEST $30 Motel in SC, off of I95! – First off, you can't beat the $30 price a night! Its got clean rooms and Shoney's for breakfast right next door. Friendly service. Best part? I lost my Ipod in the room, I called them a week later to see if they found it. They did and fedex-ed it back to me! Exceptional service! I will always stay there in the future when passing through SC.

the rudest people I have ever met in my life. – There is a witch looking lady with a receeding hairline at the check-in desk who is so snobby and rude, I almost could not rest there. She had raised her voice.at me. We went during Mardi Gras season so We thought people there were maybe more laidback???? I guess she just hates her job because she looked absolutely dreadful and aggravated and depressed.
