We are brazilian and I stayed at the OYO Times Square and, unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. The carpet in the room I stayed in was visibly dirty. In addition, the bed linens had stains, which is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to offer quality service. Another worrying point was the undue charge of a fee of 500 USD on my debit card, without any prior notice. I talked my company into booking this hotel for me during a recent business trip for three nights. Hotel is no frills.Because I was working, I was not in my room much, but when I was there, I did paperwork, watched some tv and knitted. I checked out early on a Friday morning and headed to the airport to fly home. Imagine my surprise when I happened to look at my credit card account later that day to find I had been charged $459. I can honestly say DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Pay extra and go somewhere else. The rooms are super tiny, you can hear everything going on in the hallway, the shower drains slow so the water builds up, the bed was uncomfortable, there were stains/marks on our sheets, our air conditioning broke, and our water turned brown in the middle of brushing our teeth and taking a shower.
