While the service was great, everything in the room felt sticky and I'd bet money the floor every gets cleaned. The bottom of my feet were black and dirty (walking from the shower to the bed). I had to wash my feet again and lay towels down to make it to the bed. NASTY. DISGUSTING.
Sink looked like it had vomit and hair in it. Had a phone on nightstand but wasn't connected to anything. Refrigerator was warm. Nightstand drawer had ashes in it. Microwave wasn't clean. I'm 69 years old and Oyo was probably the worst motel I've ever stayed in.
They took my money and checked me in even though I told them to wait to check me in since they didnt have working tvs
Got there with 2 children, wanted to stay the night just to rest. But when we got to the room, the bed had been slept in and the whole room smelled BAD. IYKYK. Then when we went to cancel, they said they couldn't right then? Cashier didn't even know how to refund us? And then I now see a we were charged 40 bucks over what was advertised??? Scam scam scam. If I dont get my money back, I will be on a warpath. Unacceptable.
