Worst hotel ever , they didn’t let me in beca Of my 19 years old age and in there policy says ( 18 and up) and they took my money without any refund.. the guy over there was really RUD and no one care to even reply emails, when you customer care they said we will refund you and the case is escalated ( lie ) .. NEVER ever rent this location. Be Aware of Frud

Hotel is closed yet they still have rooms available on Traveluro (also a trash business). Refusing to refund despite there literally being a fence around the property when you show up. DO NOT BOOK AND DO NOT USE TRAVELURO
Do not reserve or pay for this hotel it is permanently closed and doesn’t exist I went though Vio and Priceline and they refuse to refund me my $100 and they have the nerve to tell me that the hotel is open. When the hotel has a fence over it and a cran there!!!!
