This hotel is not it because I paid $349 for it online at booking.com and when I got there they said my name wasnt on the reservation that I had paid for I showed them proof saying I paid for it they told me im not on there I tried giving my confirmation number the men that was in the front desk didn’t even wanted to put my confirmation in so I said whatever and cancelled so I tried asking for my refund since Dec 13 I still didn’t get anything then I tried calling them they told me I was denied for a refund basically they st... read more

We booked this hotel for two nights...going to and returning from our destination. We arrive and are told hotel has been sold, our reservations are not good, and we cannot get the amount back put on our credit card. We are out of our home state. This is insane. We called and confirmed reservations yesterday. DO NOT waste your time on this place.

Toilets don't flush only half the lights work and.... They put us UPSTAIRS for a HANDICAP room!?! Amazing. . . Very correct you get what you pay for 🫤
