We were so dissatisfied with our rooms. We had two rooms and both rooms were, for lack of better word, horrible. There were roaches all in the bathrooms, on the lavatories, in the dresser drawers, and on one of the beds. There was a hole in one of the walls behind the door that looked like the door had been slammed into the wall. There were bugs coming out of the hole, so I stuffed it with a towel.The floors had stains in the carpets, the sofas were disgusting. Neither one of us would dare sit on the sofas. After three different rooms we cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere
This is not a place anyone should stay. Bugs bugs bugs. Stains on carpet. Smells like smoke even though its non smoking. Dirty bathroom. Well why did I stay there...I had no choice. There was a derecho (land hurricane) that was about to hit and we were under multiple do not travel due bad weather advisories. Literally the choice was stay here or be trapped in a derecho. Place was disgusting, roaches everywhere smelled like mildew and room wasn’t cleaned. The door was kicked in and lock wasn’t replaced, The ac cover was broken. They had stuns all over the carpet and the sheets I really don’t even think they was them
