I booked a room there at the Oyo hotel in Jefferson to check in on October 11, 2025 for my son on his birthday and when they got there they did not them their room. They showed them all their information and showed them the L it was all paid for, they turned them away. This is bullshit now they refuse to pay me my money back. This was a big weekend for him and they will not pay me back my money after they turned him away we followed all the rules and they got double payment for that room because I had given it somebody else ... read more
