This property is no longer a hotel and hasn't been for 2 years. Yet, they still advertise on all travel platforms and collect money for reservations. Then OYO refuses to refund the paid deposits. Thankfully Booking.com issued us our refund however I'm still receiving email from Oyo stating that they will not be refunding our money eventhough they fully understand that there is no longer a hotel on that property. This company is committing fraud.
Closed down. Booked though priceline. Multiple calls. Now have to wait 2 days for a call back.
I booked a hotel with oyo in Burlington nc! For a last minute reservation after a long day of traveling! I caught an uber to the location and the OYO did not exist! It had been bought out and is now an apartment complex! I called 4 times and each time I was hung up on by customer service! I requested a cancellation and there was no options for a refund! This company scammed me for my money and I wasted a whole day in Burlington walking around looking for your hotel! Do not trust this company.
Similar story I got here after booking on a different site that said this hotel was in operation. I am so close to sueing for false advertising because once I got there I could see the hotel was no longer in operation. In the process of getting my refund they said they would have to call the businesses to verify.
