I booked a hotel with oyo in Burlington nc! For a last minute reservation after a long day of traveling! I caught an uber to the location and the OYO did not exist! It had been bought out and is now an apartment complex! I called 4 times and each time I was hung up on by customer service! I requested a cancellation and there was no options for a refund! This company scammed me for my money and I wasted a whole day in Burlington walking around looking for your hotel! Do not trust this company.
Similar story I got here after booking on a different site that said this hotel was in operation. I am so close to sueing for false advertising because once I got there I could see the hotel was no longer in operation. In the process of getting my refund they said they would have to call the businesses to verify.
