The food is good. Service sucks. Every time I've been here it takes 20 mins to get my food. I thought I would be smart and order ahead of time, I got there 20 mins later expecting that my food would be ready. The girl working was smoking outside and hadn't even started on it yet, so I still waited there for 20 mins anyway. I want to like this place but it just makes me so angry when I go there. Honestly, I don't know how they are still in business. What a disaster.
Well believe the reviews: I ordered six drinks and two food items. One food item was missing the additional things I paid for to be added to it, the other food item was severely undercooked. Then four of the drinks I ordered were correct, I got one random drink, and two of the original drinks were actually missing. And while the people on the phone were apologetic and nice and did give me a refund it was a little ridiculous that like half of my order was incorrect in the first place.
