Oyen have been amazing. Over the last couple months I've had multiple issues come up. Two different piping failures, leaking fixture, gas lines for a dryer, and a toilet replacement. They have done great work and fair in there pricing on all their work. Thank you to all the staff! I think I've talked and worked with almost all of you.
I had a drain partially clogged. I called oyen they showed up snaked and said it was fixed. A week later the same problem. It only backed up when multiple things running water. They came back back did it again. 200 dollars for the first time 400 for the second time. They do not stand behind their work at all. I would highly suggest if this company does something for you to make sure it is done right before they leave.
Great to work with. I was in the process of purchasing a home that needed to have professional quotes on all the defects that came back on the inspection report to be able to contest the selling price. Oyen came out the day after I called and got the to me right after. Super knowledgeable and willing to do the right thing and not take short cuts.
