Unfortunate there isn't a zero star option. Receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I arrived at 9am for walk in appointment. I was asked to come back for 230. arrived back at 2:20 and at 3:45 had to leave for work. Complete waste of time! I expect they will charge the government for an appointment that never happened.
Highly recommend....Dr. Grauman is amazing.
