This business damaged my carpets with defective equipment and many areas of the carpet didn't appear to be any cleaner. I emailed them twice with the problem, many weeks apart, and they never bothered to respond. Stay away -- they don't stand behind their work and apparently don't care if a customer had a bad experience. Damage to carpets is a big deal.
