I would not recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone. The cleaners arrived late, worked in a hurry, and didn’t remove the stains properly. The carpets were damp and smelled bad for days. On top of that, they added hidden charges at the end. Customer service was rude and unhelpful when I asked for a solution. Very unprofessional experience.
The experience with this carpet cleaning service was awful. They were late, unprepared, and unprofessional. The equipment used seemed outdated and didn’t work well. My carpet still looked dirty even after they left. On top of that, they left my floors wet and sticky. When I called back, no one answered. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Very poor service overall.
The technicians were careless with my belongings and knocked things over without even apologizing.
I’m really glad I used this service. The carpets look rejuvenated, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
They did an outstanding job restoring my carpets. The cleaning was thorough, and everything looks fantastic now. I’m very happy with the results.
