I had my 1 bedroom carpet cleaned. I told them up front that there were pet stains/odor. They said no problem. They cleaned the carpet and it had a horrible odor. I called 2 days later to see if they could remedy the issue. They assured me it would be fine. It is now the weekend and I can’t sleep unless I have my sheets over my nose due to the odor. We just moved into a new house and had the carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived. We couldn’t tell if the previous owner had the carpets cleaned before listing the house but we are so glad we had Oxymagic come by because it took EVERYTHING out, all the stains, furniture marks, etc. Fantastic service!
Let me tell you this company is really great at what they do!!!! In the beginning of the pandemic, I had a home accident. Massive blood lost all over my new carpet. Because of the pandemic I couldn't have people in my apartment. The stain was a constant remember of that horrible day. A year later the stain is still there.
