The technician(Brian), Was professional and polite and paid attention to details. My carpets are 20 years old and they look brand new and fresh. I couldn’t be happier with their service. I called last night for an appointment and they came the next day reasonably priced fair and efficient.!
Quick to answer phone, quick to set up appointment, quick to give an estimate. Was honest that they might not be able to remove all or old stains. I had a large sectional ( white) and 6 reclining chairs + a large area rug all white, done. Everything looks brighter and cleaner. Efficient well priced and convenient. Thank you
