The sales manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service person was nice and worked to have my order ready for pick up. Everything went well with my order and my device is working fine. I appreciate and thank the staff at Oxygen Portable USA for going above and beyond.
This company has VERY BAD Service. I would not recommend doing business with them. They don't deliver product in a timely manner and you can't get return phone calls or emails hardly at all. I placed an order Aug. 27th 2021 and as of Sept. 23rd. I still don't have my order and can't get a response from the company as to when I will get it. One Star is to much for them.
