Truly don’t know why such a great company like delta would even affiliate themselves with this company. It’s such a disgrace & disservice to their customers. Delta I’m highly disappointed. Here’s what they don’t tell you. I spoke with their agent on the telephone and was told that they could provide portable oxygen for a flight on Southwest Airlines. They needed a contract, a physician’s prescription and my visa number which I provided. I called to confirm their receipt of my contract and was told that their equipment would not meet the requirements of my doctor’s prescription. 4 years ago I left a bad review for Oxygen to Go. I had only been on Oxygen for a month and was uninformed and shaken up by the idea of wearing oxygen. 4 years later and at least a dozen cruises and twice as many flights, I cannot say enough good about these folks. Lithium Batteries are not the airline's favorite things. The people at Oxygen to Go help me with my travels by providing the certification that I need to continue my lifestyle.
