Amazing service I ordered a battery for my Oxygen concentrator and realized that it would not get here in time for our vacation we had planned and I reached out to see if they could upgrade shipping to make sure it got here on time and they did. It works perfectly and I am able to enjoy our vacation without fear of not having my portable concentrator with me. Thank you so very much!
Great customer service! Originally the wrong item was shipped. When I called them, they immediately made arrangements to correct the problem. The correct product was shipped within one day of return of the incorrect product. The item received was just as described and I can’t say enough about the customer service.
