Caring provider. Allowed me to stay in my car and communicate by phone with my caregiver inside with my machine. I am disabled and use a wheelchair, so this accommodation was very helpful. They did a thorough assessment of what I needed and provided a one stop shopping for every supply I needed, as well as giving me good advice about upgrades I needed and how to use the newer equipment.
Straight forward information on how to use and she answered all my questions.
The young man changed out the largest machine for one I can handle easier and moved it so I can now sleep in my own bed and still reach every room downstairs. He also spent time teaching me about the portable unit and how it all works. Great to work with!
