I review spas for a living. Don't go here. – I work with local publications on various spa reviews. I have to say my experience here was the worst. Everyone was unprofessional, I barely got through my massage. I would have left during the massage but I was scared Alex would try to keep me there. This experience will no doubt be written up in my next review.
Very bad experience – I had been here once to get my nails done. It was such a great experience that I decided to get a massage here. Boy, was that a mistake. It was just bad. He didn't focus on any of the areas that I said needed work. I would find another spa to get massages at. There's sooo many good therapists in Denver, don't waste your time with a fake like this.
Worse massage, ever, in my entire life – Got a massage here a while ago. I can't say anything creepy happened, but maybe that's because I'm a guy. But I've received massage for the past 8 years after suffering from a disk injury in my back. This guy (Alex I think) had no clue what he was doing. Unsatisfactory service – Terrible services all around. Definitely do not go here for massage.
WOW! THIS PEOPLE ARE CRAZY! – I've been going to Alex for the last 3 years. He is great! He is the best massage therapist I've been to. This girl is crazy! She would not give up! It's obvious that she is jellos and angry. I've never seen anybody who would try so hard to destroy somebody's business. Why don't you just work on trying to improve your own skills. But don't worry guys - more publicity is only better for your salon.
So it all comes out... – I thought I was crazy when I got a massage here a while back. I thought this place was really creepy. Definitely don't go here. I'm actually surprised a place like this can survive in Cherry Creek. Don't get me wrong, I've heard great things about their hair stylists. But DEFINITELY don't get a massage here.
This is just screwed – This is just twisted. This place is defending themselves on CitySearch?!? I've never seen a business respond so poorly to obviously legitimate complaints. Shame, shame, shame.
What a great place! – I've been hearing about this great spa but until now haven't had the opportunity to see for myself. What a great place. If I had known I wouldn't have waited so long. Stay away from Alex – This guy gave me the worst massage I've ever had. It was really uncomfortable. I've had many massages, and this was just terrible. I read some of the other reviews written by women, and I totally agree that this guy is creepy. I think he's used to giving massages in some third world country where that kind of behavior is acceptable. I can't believe this guy still works here.
