Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told to call the corp number. So I did and the person at the corp number told me that I need to call the local office. When I called the local office they told me to call the grand junction office. When I called the grand junction office, the manager was very rude and completely unwilling to let me explain my frustration or issues. She said "No let me explain to you how it works" referring to how a customer is to get tech support.
Tried to get my large bottle refilled with oxygen. They told me these bottles were for emergency use only well I live in an RV I happen to have lost power for a few days at which all of my bottles depleted completely this company refused to fill my large bottles they have still refused to date to refill my bottles they said it wasn't an emergency that I lost my power and how do you use my bottles
My doctor sent an order for oxygen why won't fill the prescription. Go to Hartmans for better service for oxygen
Leslie delivers exemplary customer service each and every time we go there. She is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. All-around A++ service!
