Had a very good session with Rachel. Discussed new CPAP mask options to address complaints I had about my old unit. She fitted me with a mask that is both far more comfortable and makes a great seal even with my facial hair. All of my questions were answered. Convenient equipment refresh program. Rachel was both knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to! Highly recommend!
