Racheal was Great And the receptionist was friendly and helpful as well
We have been in contact with Aero to make sure my wife’s CPAP supplies were being delivered today. When she called the office to check on the status, the customer service rep disconnected the call and when my wife immediately called back, they wouldn’t answer because they were “closed”. How can anyone in healthcare, just cut off a customer because it is closing time. Let’s also not forget that the hours shown on their website shows them open til 5pm. If you don’t care about your patients , DONT BE IN HEALTHCARE!
