Terrible Customer Support Service
Very Bad customer support, I ordered 85 products and wrongly placed the order of 1OZ of one of the products instead of 4OZ, I realized this immediately and sent them an email but nobody was available on the phone, I tried many times and then sent them the email but nobody cared and shipped the products, I tried to cancel the entire order but they said it already shipped and left the warehouse, even though UPS shows only label was created, how can you ship orders in an hour and handed over to UPS, but you dont check your emai... read more

Love these products! Recently started using the doggy water additive for two German shepherds, one age 2 and another 12. In the last 3 weeks i have noticed a significant improvement in their breath! I love the human mouth wash! It has helped my boyfriend tremendously with dry mouth. Also purchased their nootropic, which I’ve found to be far superior to another i used to purchase that is twice the price. *****WARNING*****STAY AWAY Oxyfresh used to be a good company. STAY AWAY. I ordered pet deodorizer and there was some kind of mold in it when I opened the bottle. The customer service is the worst. Michelle hung up on me twice when I asked for someone in charge. She continued to talk in a negative way. I will not tolerate that.
