They refused to run my insurance because in their experience, a nebulizer is always declined (quote). The woman didn't look anything up and had ZERO information on me before making that statement, she only looked at my prescription paper and said "nope". So I called my insurance to verify. Now I get to go pick up my nebulizer at another business since Oxycare was too lazy to just run the prescription. Oxycare didn't even ask what insurance I had!
