I had my carpets cleaned end of April, the tech was nice and did a decent job although I didnt follow him around or pay much attention to what he was doing. After he left I noticed that the carpet in my office was significantly wetter than the rest of the rooms but I didnt think anything of it. Had to give 1 star in order to write this review. I had scheduled an 11:30am appt to have living/dining area cleaned. By 12:30pm, noone had arrived or called. When I did try to call them, their voicemail was what I got. Needless to say, I'll be using someone else.
Very easy to deal with. Great customer service, very accommodating. The carpeting looks much better after their service. We will have them back.
