Since new management, I’ve had a very good experience. I get pick up and delivery. It’s always on time. People on the phone are very pleasant and friendly. My clothes always comes pressed, clean and neat.
Wonderful Service! Excellent time turnover and my clothes are always nice and fresh. Definitely recommend this location for any of your dry cleaner needs
I am writing this review to let other consumers know that this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I am extremely upset about the poor service and the absolutely disgusting way they cleaned my items—it was truly horrible. I sent in a pair of shoes to be cleaned because they were in dire need of a deep cleaning. First, it took them over a week just to clean a single pair of shoes; and second—as they admitted when I called to complain—they cleaned the shoes by hand. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought in a cashmere sweater with a small stain, trusting it would be handled with care. Instead, it was returned to me completely discolored—what was once its original tone is now an uneven, off-white shade. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability.
