All good service except 1x tempered forklift driver with adetude that keep driving in to side of truck
We recently bought our powder coated fence panels, posts and two custom built gates from Oxworks Toowoomba. Great prices and service. Thank you Matthew, Alex and the team for making everything easy. We will be back for the goods for the next fencing project. Highly recommend these guys.
We purchased fencing materials from Oxworks Toowoomba and, within a couple of months of installation, rust began appearing through the coating on several posts. Given the timeframe, we considered this to be a clear manufacturing defect and requested that the affected materials be replaced. Oxworks have declined the claim under their warranty terms. While they have offered to resupply the affected posts, they have refused to contribute to the labour costs required to remove and replace what we believe to be defective material... read more
A bit hard to find. My navigator led me astray. Don't let that deter you. Just ring and get directions. These people mostly do fences and really know their products. Pricing is better than competitive and the range is extensive. I went there to get a quote for a client who chose another product because it was what he had on one side of his yard already. I believe he's made a mistake. If you need a house yard fence, ring Oxford's first.
Emily at Oxworks Toowoomba was helpful, polite, informed, personable, had great communication, and friendly. We needed to organise our pool fence before Christmas and she was very accommodating. The website was easy to navigate. Thank you Emily for your patience in getting our order completed, packed and ready for pick up! Very happy Chinchilla customers. :-)
