Great staff and great service but is a big wait time
Making a raised garden bed from left over colourbond fencing I discovered I was a few pieces short, after learning from my fencing contractor he obtained the materials from Ox Works Kunda Park, 300 ks away from my place , I contacted them and found they had the post , rail, and plastic caps I needed in the right colour but couldn’t deliver at least 1.5 weeks so a long 600k drive was called for , upon arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who was knowledgeable and very conversant with what I required and made su... read more
Nothing wrong with the products. However the warehouse staff at Kunda park are an absolute embarrassment. Completely unorganised and comically slow. Literally zero efficiency, we’re off to the competition moving forward.
Spoken to several trades they have said steer clear of Oxworks and have found alternative suppliers, best to run far away. Very bad communication, took a week to get a delivery date, then they did not deliver on the day, enquired 2x as to where it was, got told it was rescheduled to the next day in an email at 14:15. Called and asked for an ETA, they said they would call next morning to let me know. Yes, you guessed, no phone, msg or email. Called @ 0900 got told they would have to call back as above.
