Very friendly and helpful staff in this branch.
I just purchased $51 worth of fence posts, I walked to the car and realised they weren’t the right style. I asked if they can be returned. I was told it’s a $50 fee to return the items which I got 30 seconds ago, and the salesperson laughed about it. Out of touch. Don’t bother, going here.
This is by no means a reflection of the product, but since relocating to Sunshine Coast and using Oxworks exclusively as my colorbond and slatted fence supplier, I have found the service to be subpar and in no way reflective of the mission statement. This morning I waited just under 90 mins from driving in to the warehouse to being loaded up. I was first in, and last to be loaded as it was a larger order.
