Awesome customer service
Oxworks Crestmead is the best place around for fencing, gates, ballustrades & screens handsdown! Their customer service is a step above the rest, ordering & paying online then picking up a few days later is so convenient & easy when you are flat out busy! Alana who works in the office & warehouse has exceptional customer service & such great knowledge of their products. I'd give a 6/5 if I could!
I’ve been using OxWorks Crestmead for about 17yrs. They have the best fencing products and back by a great well experienced and friendly sales people in particular the front desk with Paul Oliver a very knowledgeable and experienced tradesman from way back and also Alana ,Mitch and Lisa who know their business very well. Last but not least Leon the office manager he’s an awesome people person and can fix any issue with ease. I highly recommend this business for all your fencing needs 👍
