Geez where to start. There is so much that can be improved here at Xxworks. For starters…your yard is horrible. Next to no parking for a car and if you’re a car with a trailer or a light truck you just have to park in everyone else’s way as there’s not designated pick up/collect point. The yard all together is just poorly presented and unorganised. Then you walk into the sales office and goodness me it’s horrible. Great service, efficient, honest and friendly.
Bad customer service. Not sure staff knows what's going on. Asked if I can have a rope to tie down shed. Lady at dispatch was very rude. Laughed, saying " I don't have any!" Customer gave me one. Will not be purchasing here in the future!
