Nice woman working in shipping and receiving, got loaded quickly.
Look imo the office management liked turnover from the production associate. They go out of their way to encourage it . I believe they do so because hiring a new guy is cheaper because they don't have to pay benefits. They keep a few people on day shift but most people that work there will be gone in about a year. They sort of offer top pay for production but the truth is they turn around and charge you a huge insurance co-pays. If You get a night shift premium but the OT pretty much goes to day shift. Look if you work 2nd or 3rd shift all I can say is let's say you make it there one year. You would literally have more seniority than anyone there besides management. Overtime is kinda of hard because mostly it's set up for day shift. works easy but there really isn't much room to grow there.depends on what you want out of a job.
