This company has a very high turn over rate because of the dirty environment, high dust quality in the air the pay could be better especially since they would rather let people go (good and bad workers) instead of hiring people in. You could be they're almost a year no raise, no benefits and can't even take advantage of the attendance bonus because it's full time employees only.
