I’ve been a member at gyms all over the country but I’ve never had the sort of experience as I have at OXR Infinity Fitness. The owner, Kelly, tried to make me back pay for several weeks that my membership lapsed even tho I am a month to month member, ie no contract member. Is that even legal?
