I had the worst experience ever with an attorney. I have never worked with an attorney who takes it upon themselves to reject an offer from the insurance company without speaking with their client first. The first offer was for $40,000 but you decide you can get more money and here we are 6 months later and now the offer is under $5,000. Now you are stating that's the best you can do!
