Nice mobile home park, but the managers are power hungry jerks that selectively enforce rules. If your on their shit list, they rise your but; if they like you, all is well. Mgrs repeatedly cause problems. LLC that owns park raises rents annually. If they find out you own another home they will try to charge you a higher space rent like $1500.00 per month; may as well buy a home elsewhere.
