We have evolved over the years in how we help people but still value a lot of similar things. We have broadened our reach to Ventura County and wish to Inspire Others, Educate Ourselves, and Lead Those Around Us. MVMNT CrossFit is hands down the best gym I’ve been to. They’re constantly innovating, always keeping things fresh and challenging.
Favorite place to be!! After playing collegiate soccer I was looking for the next team to be a part of and this gym exceeded all expectations. The staff cares about in and outside of the gym and I’ve rediscovered my love for working out, weight lifting and exercise!
I love everything about this gym. Coaches are amazing, and not only are exceptional at their job, but truly care about members. Community is extremely supportive, and will motivate, and celebrate with you every single day. If I could put more stars than 5 I would.
