I would give no stars if I could. The person I spoke to was very impatient I couldn’t tell if it was a man or woman. They took about 15 min to respond. When I did get the quoting price I asked if they would come and that took too long to get an answer I ended up getting second quote which was lower. I told whoever I was talking to that I no longer needed their service which they weren’t even driving or anything. Called at the beginning of the week they had me fill out a form online to book something for Thursday which wasn’t even available so I took the next available which was Friday. I just received a call saying their service truck was broken and they couldn’t come until the following Friday??? I could have called someone else and had my issue resolved by now. Very unprofessional. Also if you’re a mechanic shouldn’t you be able to fix your truck immediately so you don’t leave your appointments hanging??? Bad business form not eve... read more
