Not sure what's with their phone board. But they cant handle calls to save their lives. A simple request for a wheel lock and they transfered and dropped the call 3 times over span of 20 minutes. Staff seems incompetent.

I recently had my vehicle at Oxnard Mazda for a repair inspection, and I was disappointed with how the situation was handled by my service advisor, Chase, who I was told is also the manager. The repair involved another dealership that was responsible for payment, but Oxnard Mazda would not accept payment directly from them and required the check to be issued to me first. Very organized and excellent communication. They always check before performing a service not discussed or finalized at drop off.

Yes, I may have gone and gotten service cheaper, BUT I trust and like the folks and staff here. They’ve taken great care of my 2016 cx5 and I truly appreciate their service and attention. And their video they send on each service is very informative and helpful
