Poor communication. Waste of 2 hours trip for 175 diagnostic fee. No issue's fixed. Service department poor customer service. Service advisor on his phone wouldn't talk me answer my questions about my papers. Had get a guy who helped bring vehicle in shop. Not pleased after driving 2 hours and I was tech for 8 years so I understand vehicles. But all the had do was recalibrate my sensor. But didn't even fix my issue. Waste time and $ coming here. Good service, threw in a car wash which I appreciated.
I purchased a replacement battery from the service center and took it home for installation. I was told that I would be charged the core fee and could get that refunded when I return the old battery. This is a standard that I expected as I have changed out batteries on my vehicle before. When I returned the battery, I was charged AGAIN for the core replacement and then they refunded that charge instead of refunding me the original fee. Horrible place to take your vehicle. I went in for a simple oil change and when I got my truck back and drove home I noticed the skid plate was dangling down. After inspecting it, it turns out they just barely put the skid plate bolts back on causing one of them to fall off while driving and my skid plate almost being ripped apart by the pavement.
