I purchased a replacement battery from the service center and took it home for installation. I was told that I would be charged the core fee and could get that refunded when I return the old battery. This is a standard that I expected as I have changed out batteries on my vehicle before. When I returned the battery, I was charged AGAIN for the core replacement and then they refunded that charge instead of refunding me the original fee. I have called to have this resolved with Toyota service and I was told it would be taken c... read more

The wait for an oil change and tire rotation was 2-1/2 hours - and this was a scheduled service. Killed my afternoon.
