this is my first time I have used the service center sine them moving. Also, I have never paid for one because I have bought new cars back-to-back so never had to pay for like an oil change or anything like that. I rec'd a coupon in the mail for an oil change perfect timing. This is THE BEST Hyundai dealership in the city. They have true integrity and make sure that all Hyundai customers matter. I felt so taken care of during the process! Hats off to Joshua, Brittany and Norman, you each played a role in making this a great experience. It was a long process to get the warranty completed and everyone was so helpful along the way. I will absolutely be recommending this location! Thank you all again.
I called because my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid has a damaged front sensor, and I was trying to get basic information about the repair process and a possible estimate. I explained that another Hyundai dealership had already told me the sensor was likley hit and likely needed to be replaced. I was not asking them to guarantee a final price over the phone. I could write a multi paragraph review, however it appears others have already done the same and they are met with “I’m sorry“ and that’s the end of it. Unfortunately, we live in an era of lack of accountability so all we can do as the people is leave a review and hope it shapes someone’s mind in the future. Save your money by American.
