We have had nothing but terrible service with this place. Terrible. That fact that I have to leave even one star is a disgrace. Let’s start with the fact that we have a brand new 2025 Hyundai Elantra N that needs a new transmission. Had it towed to the dealership and have been told that because my son is under 21 (vehicle is financed and insured in his name solely) that they will not give him a loaner vehicle. The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Took my car in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving because my check engine light was on. The technician told me that it was very likely they would be able to at least diagnose my car that day even if they couldn’t fix it until after the holiday. My car ended up being in the shop for 9 days. The only way they communicate is via text despite trying to call several times. I never once received an update unless I proactively reached out first. Not impressed
I’ll never purchase a Hyundai again. Any manufacturer can have issues with their vehicles but Hyundai’s total lack of support for my vehicle that was supposed to be covered under the settlement of a class action lawsuit proved to me what a horrible operation they are. Stay away.
I have yet to have my Tucson serviced here - I will at some point so this review could change but right now I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Andrew at the service department. I spoke to him yesterday morning about my lost key fob for my 2024 plug-in Tucson. I bought it used and it only came with one fob. Past-Kelly knew that future-Kelly would need a back-up key and present-day-Kelly is learning exactly why.
