Terrible experience. While trying to get my engine repaired, I’ve received contradicting instructions on how to go about the process. I’ve had to restart testing on the engine due to incorrect information given by the service department. this is my first time I have used the service center sine them moving. Also, I have never paid for one because I have bought new cars back-to-back so never had to pay for like an oil change or anything like that. I rec'd a coupon in the mail for an oil change perfect timing. I take it in show them my coupon and go to the waiting room. ,I then go out and look at the show room thinking ohhhh I like this car not one person approached me and I am not going to track down a salesperson. This is THE BEST Hyundai dealership in the city. They have true integrity and make sure that all Hyundai customers matter. I felt so taken care of during the process! Hats off to Joshua, Brittany and Norman, you each played a role in making this a great experience. It was a long process to get the warranty completed and everyone was so helpful along the way. I called because my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid has a damaged front sensor, and I was trying to get basic information about the repair process and a possible estimate. I explained that another Hyundai dealership had already told me the sensor was likley hit and likely needed to be replaced. I was not asking them to guarantee a final price over the phone.
