I have taken my car in many times over the last year and had issues with length of time that my car was being kept without offering a loaner (6-12 weeks at a time with no updates unless I called). I thought my experiences were getting better and the turnaround and communication greatly improved however, my car was recently leaking oil and we were smelling gas while we drove. I went in due to someone stealing the catalytic converter off my vehicle 🙃 ( who still does that!!) anywayssss… they were great. Karissa was super helpful from the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up. Not sure why they have such bad reviews, everyone has different experiences, but my experience was great.
We have had nothing but terrible service with this place. Terrible. That fact that I have to leave even one star is a disgrace. Let’s start with the fact that we have a brand new 2025 Hyundai Elantra N that needs a new transmission. Had it towed to the dealership and have been told that because my son is under 21 (vehicle is financed and insured in his name solely) that they will not give him a loaner vehicle. His insurance covers him for a rental under 21 and they would be taking his insurance info to issue him the loaner. ... read more
The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Took my car in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving because my check engine light was on. The technician told me that it was very likely they would be able to at least diagnose my car that day even if they couldn’t fix it until after the holiday. My car ended up being in the shop for 9 days. The only way they communicate is via text despite trying to call several times. I never once received an update unless I proactively reached out first.
