I’ve been living at the Oxly for over a year now and just renewed my lease. So far so good. Jennifer and Michael are great.
I have lived here for almost a year now, and it has been a very positive experience. The apartment is comfortable, the community is quiet and friendly, and the location is very convenient. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and efficient the maintenance team is—they always address any issues quickly and professionally. Overall, I've truly enjoyed living here and feel very at home. I'm excited to renew my lease and look forward to another great year!
We’ve been living at Oxly Apartments for almost two years now, and we’re really happy to call this place home. We fell in love with the location and the layout of the apartment right away—it had everything we were looking for. Like with any apartment, there were a few bumps in the road at first. We had some very loud upstairs neighbors and a surprise German roach issue. But the good news is, both problems were resolved. Great management! Great apartments at a super fair price. I really like the way they host activities for the community and keep the common areas well-kept.
