I’ve lived in the building for ~8 yrs and dread the idea of leaving. Great location for the CBD and South Bank. Facilities are great which management and body corp work hard to keep in good condition. The community is also well known for its friendliness.

We have recently moved into the building into a two bed apartment after emigrating from the UK. This is our first experience of renting in Brisbane and we would like to thank Haynes for her responsiveness, proactiveness and generally friendly approach, nothing has felt too much trouble for Haynes in transition to moving in. She has made what could be a stressful process very seamless and stress free. Thank you!

As an interstate owner of a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment at Oxley & Stirling in South Brisbane, I cannot thank the Property Management team at Aria enough for their outstanding service. Between tenants, the apartment required new carpet throughout as well as the replacement of several electrical items. I’ve recently moved into Oxley and Stirling Residences and the experience has been outstanding from the very beginning. The move-in process was incredibly smooth and well-organised, which made what is usually a stressful time feel easy and manageable. The building itself is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a really comfortable and high-quality living environment. Every space feels clean, inviting, and finished to a high standard.

Five stars for the management team! They made the entire moving process, from application to move-in day, very smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a building manager so attentive to detail. I’m really happy to be part of this community and look forward to living here.
