It's a gorgeous apartment in brisbane city, great location, best brisbane river view, stunning rooftoop with gym and swimming pool and bbq and fine dining room, also the managing service is also awesome. i lived there for 3 years, and im still possbly moving back in the future, to reexperience the stunning life style.
I lived in this apartment for over a year. The rooftop is gorgeous, however, that is the best part about this building. The helicopters from both hospitals across the street can come in multiple times a day, which they do not mention to you. The management has been extremely difficult and hard to reach, especially during the past months. There have been a plethora of flooding, AC and internet issues throughout the building last month alone. As for the management, they don't respond consistently. Great place to live, everyone so happy and helpful.
Fantastic building in a great location of Brisbane. The rooftop is incredible with an amazing view of the CBD. However, *Current Management* is hopeless and lacks care, professionalism, communication, and a proactive approach to managing what is a beautiful building. Tenants and owners, pay a lot of money to be there and we faced endless problems throughout our tenancy.
