Many rooms in this Motel have been renovated by the new owners, who are extremely pleasant, friendly, professional, efficient and considerate. The location is within walking distance to the town and there is ample parking. Bathroom is functional with plenty of Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and Moisturiser in large accessible containers. Over the years, Oxley Motel has been accommodation we just drive past, but never stayed. Last night we decided to try this motel, and we weren't disappointed. Oxley Motel has a very average aesthetic appeal, however, it's the rooms that count, and the room we stayed in, didn't disappoint. Check-in/out a breeze, parking ample. We only spent a night here and found our room to be comfortable and clean. It was a basic motel room that had been remodelled in recent years with a bathroom make over, newer model flat screen that you don’t have to squint to see. There was the occasional noise from passing traffic in the morning but not bad enough that you’d be concerned. Overall no complaints!
