Amazing staff that are always willing to take the time to find out what you need
I've bought watercolour paints from here a couple of times.... they usually have gum on top because they sit for quite some time on the shelf. Also I've had the misfortune of having staff grab paint for me, only to get home and find in the bag what clearly appears to be used tubes of paint, with paint in the screw down part, and the body of the paint tube crinkled not in a new shape. Lost my custom. I'll buy from Jacksons or online going forward
This is the last TRUE proper Artists supply shop left in Perth..Been going there for over 15 yrs. The person who owns the store runs the store..today unheard of.& is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of different Artists Media, Styles, Formats, Supplies. If you are interested in serious HIGH SPECIFICATION fresh Art supplies & advice..THIS IS YOUR MUST GO PLACE.
