After luring us over to their company from a local competitor in less than 6 months we were informed that they would not be able to service our business, only days before the start of the new month, leaving us scrambling to find a replacement provider. This is very poor crisis management and even worse customer service. The fact that the business has acknowledged the series of events proves the review to be legitimately based upon services received.
