5 stars and would give more if I could. This company is the real deal. Very professional, super courteous and the price just can’t be beat. I just moved into a new house and the prior owners had a dog. Wanted to make sure I had fresh carpet upon moving in and OXI FRESH to the rescue. I saw their truck driving around town and decided to try them out, so glad I did!!. I will be using them in the near future and also spreading the word. You will NOT be disappointed. My carpets and 2 chairs look great!! I felt my needs were wonderfully met. Extra care was given specific areas, I was not left with several hours needed for drying carpet or furniture. Justin was professional and personable. I will be happy to recommend his services to others and myself when necessary!!!
First time using this company! I love it! Justin did our carpet and a family of 6...well you can imagine the track record on the carpet haha. However, I highly recommend, very friendly and work was perfection. Definitely getting them again, and hopefully we get Justin whom my family truly adores!
I can’t brag enough on JUSTIN !! He was so kind , very informative and more importantly exceeded all of my expectations for my carpet/ rug! My carpets look amazing and totally restored from all of my children’s spills and foot traffic in main areas ! My house smells amazing 🤩 thank you so much !
