They didn't show up for their scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, they weren't able to reschedule my appointment for the following day or next. I scheduled an appointment online 25 days early and called the Friday before to confirm. If you call to schedule, you can repeatedly asked to schedule online. To be perfectly clear, I did schedule the appointment for Memorial Day but I would think that my early schedule plus my confirmation call would have been enough to prevent an issue. They are the worst after cleaning my carpet it back around February it did not look clean at all. The 2 guys that cane did not even seem like they wanted to be doing this. They said they would be out in a few weeks with a stronger solution and redo it. I made phone calls and no luck talk to someone from corporate on face book but they stopped responding. Do your self a favor and don’t use them. I would give them a lower rating but this is has low as it would go.
