Oxi Fresh Carpet is our carpet cleaner of choice for over 10 years. Easy to schedule, affordable, and we have had the same technician every time. Wally is always on time, personable, and very knowledgeable on how to remove dirt and pet stains.
This review is 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. After 3 texts reminding me of the time and saying no cancellations within 24 hours I was waiting. You all were a no show. No notice, running late text, no can we reschedule. Just crickets. I'll find somewhere else to do my rug.
Wally is great. He has been doing our carpets for years. He works hard and the carpets dry fast and are pet friendly. I don’t know if it’s the kid of carpet we have in the family room but it looks like stains don’t pull up super well because it’s the old carpet.
