Terrible Job, dirt still in carpet, even things that my vacuum can get out were still in the carpet. We tried them because of the good reviews. My family owns and operates a carpet and apt restoration company and i can tell you this was one of most overpriced and terrible carpet cleaning we have ever received. If my family didn't live 5 hours away inwould have just hired them. Oh well you live and learn i guess.

From my initial inquiry online to obtain details about the cleaning process all the way to the finished work, doing business with Oxi Fresh was a pleasure. My emailed questions were responded to quickly and thoroughly and when Aaron came to do the work, he was pleasant, offered suggestions and help, and did a thorough job. We are absolutely thrilled and look forward to calling them back again when we need another cleaning!
