From the time I called OxiFresh, they showed exceptional customer service. They gave me a fair quote, and they stuck by it. No last minute add-ons or suggestions. They followed up my booking weekly to confirm we were still on the schedule, texted the night before and called in the morning to let me know they were on the way. Vivian was very nice, told me it wouldn't take her long at all to do our carpets, and sure enough, she finished up on time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
