If I could give zero stars, it would be much more appropriate. This is a scam. Research it! I wish my mom had before she hired them. The technician didn't move furniture to shampoo under it. He didn't shampoo behind the furniture. When my mom called to have the service finished, as it was not completed, the representative, she spoke with, informed her that the nothing could be sorted out without speaking to the owner. After getting screwed over by Stanley Steamer (stains left in carpet and upholstery/ promised pricing not available) Oxi fresh performed the job I needed in a timely fashion superior cleaning and pricing promises kept!! Thanks Oxi Fresh for the outstanding performance and professionalism from the staff to the cleaning crew!! If you need the best I highly recommend Oxi Fresh!!
