I was absolutely thrilled with my carpet cleaning services. I had some very heavy stains where our feet would sit from the couch. It had been a couple YEARS since we had our carpets cleaned. One of my neighbors recommended them so I thought I'd give them a shot. From start to finish, they did a really good job at a fair price. I get my carpet cleaned at least once a year so I've used quite a few carpet cleaners in the past. I thought the actual cleaning was very good. We called OxyFresh to do carpets in 3 rooms, a rug, and some upholstery. We had a coupon, which did influence us somewhat. Their claim of being "green" was influential. In all cleaned areas, we were disappointed. Some stains looked slightly better. The carpets took far longer to dry than the claim of one hour (5-6 hours with fans blowing over them), and the carpets felt stiff underfoot, as if residue remained.
